En fait, nous commettons des erreurs de raisonnement et interpr\u00e9tons les situations de mani\u00e8re illogique, comme si nous avions un filtre \u00ab\u00a0n\u00e9gatif\u00a0\u00bb devant les yeux !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les distorsions cognitives conceptualis\u00e9es par Beck<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En th\u00e9rapie comportementale et cognitive, nous appelons ces erreurs de raisonnement des \u00ab\u00a0distorsions cognitives\u00a0\u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0Distorsion\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9formation\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0cognitif\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0relatif aux pens\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb. C&rsquo;est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne commun \u00e0 chacun, mais dans la d\u00e9pression, elles deviennent fr\u00e9quentes et plus difficiles \u00e0 ignorer pour la personne concern\u00e9e. Ces derni\u00e8res deviennent souvent irrationnelles et dysfonctionnelles. Les distorsions cognitives influencent la perception d&rsquo;une personne sur elle-m\u00eame, sur les autres et sur le monde qui l&rsquo;entoure. Ces distorsions, conceptualis\u00e9es par le psychiatre Aaron T. Beck, sont souvent associ\u00e9es \u00e0 des troubles tels que la d\u00e9pression et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Elles peuvent contribuer \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives r\u00e9currentes, \u00e0 des \u00e9motions douloureuses et \u00e0 des comportements inadapt\u00e9s et dysfonctionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questionner nos pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous devons identifier les pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives issues de nos distorsions cognitives afin de les remettre en question et de les modifier. Soulignons, le principe fondamental de la th\u00e9rapie comportementale et cognitive affirme que les \u00e9motions sont directement li\u00e9es aux pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives. De plus, n&rsquo;oublions pas que nos pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives refl\u00e8tent nos propres interpr\u00e9tations d&rsquo;une situation, et que cette derni\u00e8re peut \u00eatre interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e de multiples fa\u00e7ons. Si notre interpr\u00e9tation est n\u00e9gative, notre humeur le sera \u00e9galement. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/doc-observer-penses-et-emotions\/\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d&rsquo;une th\u00e9rapie est de commencer \u00e0 observer ses propres exp\u00e9riences int\u00e9rieures : pens\u00e9es, \u00e9motions, sensations, ainsi que les comportements<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cas vignette Fiona<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prenons l&rsquo;exemple de Fiona qui arrive au bureau le matin. Son sup\u00e9rieur demande \u00e0 la voir pour un entretien dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi. Fiona devient tout de suite tr\u00e8s anxieuse et se dit qu&rsquo;elle sera certainement licenci\u00e9e. En m\u00eame temps, Flora arrive au bureau le matin, son sup\u00e9rieur demande \u00e0 la voir pour un entretien dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi. Flora est surprise mais curieuse, se disant que peut-\u00eatre on lui confiera un dossier important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni Fiona ni Flora ne peuvent savoir \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance ce que leur sup\u00e9rieur annoncera, mais l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation de Fiona lui fera passer une mauvaise journ\u00e9e. Ainsi, Fiona n&rsquo;a aucune raison de croire qu&rsquo;elle va \u00eatre licenci\u00e9e, mais en raison de sa faible estime de soi, elle a tendance \u00e0 faire ce genre de conclusion n\u00e9gative, raisonnant avec les distorsions \u00ab\u00a0boule de cristal\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0t\u00e9l\u00e9pathe\u00a0\u00bb. Alors qu&rsquo;elle ne peut ni pr\u00e9dire l&rsquo;avenir ni lire dans les pens\u00e9es de son sup\u00e9rieur. Heureusement, Fiona peut apprendre \u00e0 raisonner avec plus de logique et \u00e0 ne pas tomber toujours dans le m\u00eame pi\u00e8ge. Elle deviendra plus vigilante avec ses pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives afin de diminuer leur impact sur son humeur. Nous appelons cela la restructuration cognitive. En fait, elles renforcent les croyances dysfonctionnelles. La th\u00e9rapie cognitive vise \u00e0 identifier, \u00e9valuer et modifier les distorsions cognitives pour favoriser une pens\u00e9e plus r\u00e9aliste et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Ainsi, la prise de conscience de ces distorsions est souvent le premier pas vers une pens\u00e9e plus objective et positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exercice de distorsions cogntives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre vous reconnaissez-vous dans certaines de ces distorsions cognitives ?
