Je sens imm\u00e9diatement la chaleur monter dans mon visage. Je suis certaine que tout le monde <\/em>voit <em>la g\u00eane. Ils doivent se dire que je suis nulle. J&rsquo;ai peur qu\u2019ils voient que je tremble et transpire&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La phobie sociale ou le trouble d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale se diff\u00e9rencie de la timidit\u00e9 car son niveau de g\u00eane est largement sup\u00e9rieur. En effet, la personne timide ne sera g\u00ean\u00e9e que dans certaines situations sociales. Elle aura tendance \u00e0 se tenir en retrait, \u00e0 \u00e9viter de se mettre en avant ou de prendre des initiatives. Ce comportement d\u2019inhibition sociale s\u2019exprime surtout avec des inconnus. Par cons\u00e9quent, lorsque l\u2019interlocuteur est rassurant ou familier, les timides retrouvent leurs capacit\u00e9s et se comportent avec plus d\u2019aisance. La timidit\u00e9 est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e en d\u00e9but et pendant l\u2019adolescence, ensuite elle a tendance \u00e0 diminuer ou dispara\u00eetre. Cela peut \u00eatre aussi la peur de situations de performance. La personne est en contact avec des gens non familiers ou expos\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ventuelle observation d\u2019autrui.&nbsp;La personne craint d&rsquo;agir (ou de montrer des sympt\u00f4mes anxieux) de fa\u00e7on embarrassante ou humiliante. L&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 la situation sociale redout\u00e9e provoque de fa\u00e7on quasi syst\u00e9matique une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 qui peut prendre la forme d&rsquo;une Attaque de panique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation ou bien facilit\u00e9e par la situation.<br>La personne atteinte redoute ces situations et d\u00e9veloppe de nombreuses strat\u00e9gies pour \u00e9viter de s\u2019exposer aux autres. Les id\u00e9es d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9e et les sensations physiologiques s\u2019imposent \u00e0 la personne phobique et c\u2019est tr\u00e8s douloureux pour elle. Or, les personnes souffrant d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale se focalisent essentiellement sur les attitudes n\u00e9gatives des autres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stop aux ruminations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arr\u00eater aux pens\u00e9es autocritiques r\u00e9p\u00e9titives. Les anxieux sociaux ont souvent tendance \u00e0 s\u2019en vouloir apr\u00e8s chaque performance ou interaction. Les ruminations n\u2019aident pas \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes, elles enfoncent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bon contact visuel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garder un bon contact visuel dans les interactions sociales. Le sourire aide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les comportements de protection comme \u00ab&nbsp;parler \u00e0 voix basse&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e9viter le contact visuel&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;se tenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart&nbsp;\u00bb augmentent le sentiment d\u2019isolement et baissent l\u2019estime de soi.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Parler de soi&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout le monde est int\u00e9ressant. Ne pas trop se soucier du contenu mais parlons plus de nous. En effet,se r\u00e9p\u00e9ter dans la t\u00eate ce qu&rsquo;on va dire avant de parler, ou dire le minimum refroidit la conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ne pas \u00e9viter les situations redout\u00e9es&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9viter des situations difficiles soulage la peur mais confirme les id\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives sur soi. Ainsi des pens\u00e9es telles que  \u00ab&nbsp;je ne suis pas capable d\u2019affronter la situation&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;je suis faible&nbsp;\u00bb se trouvent renforc\u00e9es et  l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale se maintient et s&rsquo;aggrave.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u2019exposer aux situations sociales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019exposer graduellement aux situations sociales. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait une hi\u00e9rarchie des situations redout\u00e9es, on peut commencer avec celle qui la plus facile pour progressivement avancer vers les plus difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lire
