Ma vision se brouillait, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019impression de perdre le contr\u00f4le de mes jambes. Je me suis dit&nbsp;<em>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019il m\u2019arrive, j\u2019ai une crise, je manque d\u2019air, c\u2019est une crise cardiaque. Mon Dieu et si je causais un accident<\/em>&#8230;&nbsp;J\u2019ai paniqu\u00e9. Depuis je n\u2019arrive plus \u00e0 conduire sur l\u2019autoroute, j\u2019ai tr\u00e8s peur de refaire une nouvelle crise. J\u2019ai aussi peur de trop m\u2019\u00e9loigner de chez moi, je me sens en ins\u00e9curit\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marie redoute, les situations sociales&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;J\u2019ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de parents au lyc\u00e9e. En effet, cette manifestation se retrouve aussi bien chez les hommes que chez les femmes, et elle a tendance \u00e0 faire son apparition dans l\u2019adolescence ou chez le jeune adulte. Les attaques de panique sont l\u2019expression d\u2019une intense anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou peur. Pour ceux qui n\u2019en ont jamais eu, il faut savoir que les sympt\u00f4mes sont nombreux et divers et ils peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s impressionnants.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signes qui apparaissent le plus fr\u00e9quemment dans l\u2019attaque de panique sont les battements du c\u0153ur et la respiration qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent. Parfois, la personne n\u2019en est pas consciente. Cela explique la surprise lorsque les tremblements, la vision brouill\u00e9e, les vertiges et la transpiration se manifestent. L\u2019organisme interpr\u00e8te un danger et il r\u00e9agit en fonction. Cette r\u00e9action fait partie de notre ADN humain et nous a permis de survivre depuis des millions d\u2019ann\u00e9es. Nous r\u00e9agissons tr\u00e8s rapidement face \u00e0 un danger, aucun traitement du cortex et n\u00e9cessaire afin de se pr\u00e9parer. Le syst\u00e8me limbique sous-cortical s\u2019en occupe. Nous sommes en quelque sorte constitu\u00e9s pour fuir ou attaquer lorsque nous avons peur. En effet, l\u2019organisme met tout en \u0153uvre pour pr\u00e9parer les muscles et les organes. Nous devrons peut-\u00eatre courir ou nous battre de toute force, ainsi la digestion s\u2019arr\u00eate, les pupilles s\u2019\u00e9cartent, le sang circule plus vite pour oxyg\u00e9ner, la respiration s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re et la temp\u00e9rature du corps diminue.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Photo-de-Andrea-Piacquadio-provenant-de-Pexels-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Photo-de-Andrea-Piacquadio-provenant-de-Pexels-2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Photo-de-Andrea-Piacquadio-provenant-de-Pexels-2-300x203.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Les attaques de panique sont des r\u00e9actions d&rsquo;alarme.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019attaque de panique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs difficult\u00e9s sont associ\u00e9es aux attaques paniques. Tout d\u2019abord, elles se manifestent parfois sans que la personne puisse la contr\u00f4ler. Parfois, elle ne sait m\u00eame pas d\u00e9terminer le d\u00e9clencheur. Alors qu\u2019il y a toujours un d\u00e9clencheur. Celui-ci peut \u00eatre interne ou externe, et peut-\u00eatre imperceptible \u00e0 la personne. Pour donner un exemple, je peux vous citer un patient qui est acrophobe. D\u00e8s qu\u2019il se trouve en hauteur, une forte angoisse se pr\u00e9sente. La vue de la hauteur d\u00e9clenche ainsi l\u2019attaque de panique. Dans cet exemple, le d\u00e9clencheur parait clairement, aussi pour la personne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une autre patiente, la pens\u00e9e \u00ab&nbsp;si je perdais le contr\u00f4le&nbsp;\u00bb, peut d\u00e9clencher une forte angoisse suivie d\u2019une attaque de panique. Dans ce dernier cas, il est plus difficile de d\u00e9terminer que la pens\u00e9e \u00ab&nbsp;si je perdais le contr\u00f4le&nbsp;\u00bb est d\u00e9clencheur. La personne a peur de l\u2019attaque&nbsp;: elle a peur d\u2019avoir peur. Cela peut induire des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/2020\/04\/25\/comment-levitement-comportemental-renforce-la-peur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9vitements massifs<\/a> de situations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la peur. La personne peut se retrouver confin\u00e9e chez elle par peur que si elle sort elle pourrait avoir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/2023\/01\/10\/quest-ce-que-agoraphobie\/\">une crise \u00e0 cause de son agoraphobie<\/a>&nbsp;: elle \u00e9vite de prendre le bus par peur de manquer d\u2019air s\u2019il y a trop de monde. Elle \u00e9vite d\u2019aller au cin\u00e9ma par peur de rester coinc\u00e9e dans la foule. La peur de ne pas ma\u00eetriser les sensations, d\u2019en \u00eatre submerg\u00e9e. En effet, elle va \u00e9viter de plus en plus de situations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un jeune patient, que j&rsquo;accompagne depuis quelques mois, souffre de la \u00ab&nbsp;peur d\u2019avoir une attaque de panique&nbsp;\u00bb. Entre professionnel, nous parlons de Trouble panique. La peur de d\u00e9clencher une attaque de panique devient tellement envahissante que la personne doit \u00e9viter beaucoup de situations afin de contr\u00f4ler la peur. Ma patiente qui est une jeune \u00e9tudiante, ne pouvait plus suivre ses cours au lyc\u00e9e. Se trouver en classe, et risquer une attaque de panique lui semblait trop effrayante. Par anticipation elle pr\u00e9f\u00e9rait ne pas aller en cours. L\u2019angoisse de perdre le contr\u00f4le et de paraitre ridicule \u00e9tait trop intense. Elle \u00e9tait en train d\u2019\u00e9chouer son ann\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons travaill\u00e9 tr\u00e8s efficacement avec cette patiente. Apr\u00e8s 4 s\u00e9ances elle a repris quelques cours et au bout de 8 semaines elle \u00e9tait de nouveau pr\u00e9sente aux cours \u00e0 tous les cours. Avoir consult\u00e9 rapidement lui a permis de progresser vite.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Le traitement du trouble panique<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La psycho-\u00e9ducation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cas de trouble panique, il est tr\u00e8s important que le patient comprenne bien son trouble. Les manifestations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sont expliqu\u00e9es ainsi que les m\u00e9canismes de l\u2019attaque de panique et le r\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9vitement. Il apprend ainsi \u00e0 ne pas dramatiser mais rationaliser celles-ci. Elles ne sont pas dangereuses mais simplement l\u2019indication que l\u2019organisme se confronte \u00e0 un danger imminent (r\u00e9el ou non). Un peu comme si la sir\u00e8ne des pompiers qui alerte en cas d\u2019incendie se d\u00e9clenchait aussi par la fum\u00e9e d\u2019un barbecue et que le patient d\u00e9ployait un canadair pour l\u2019\u00e9tendre. La th\u00e9rapie sert \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019alarme trop sensible et tr\u00e8s couteux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La restructuration cognitive<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La th\u00e9rapie consistera ensuite \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 se distancier par rapport \u00e0 ses pens\u00e9es. \u00catre critique quant \u00e0 leur v\u00e9racit\u00e9. \u00ab&nbsp;Je vais perdre le contr\u00f4le&nbsp;\u00bb, n\u2019est qu\u2019une pens\u00e9e. Elle ne pr\u00e9dit ni l\u2019avenir, ni elle contr\u00f4le nos comportements. En reprenant le \u00ab&nbsp;contr\u00f4le&nbsp;\u00bb sur sa respiration, nous avons un outil tr\u00e8s concret et rapide pour apaiser l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/2020\/03\/20\/apprenez-la-detente-par-la-relaxation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Des s\u00e9ances de relaxation peuvent \u00eatre utiles dans le but d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre<\/a>. La courbe de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 monte puis redescend. Ainsi le patient observe qu&rsquo;il ne \u00ab\u00a0meurt\u00a0\u00bb pas d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Elle est toujours passag\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait une hi\u00e9rarchie des situations, le patient s\u2019exerce \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 celles-ci qui auparavant \u00e9taient \u00e9vit\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les TCC pour le trouble panique sont efficaces. Le patient retrouve progressivement une libert\u00e9. La dur\u00e9e d\u2019une th\u00e9rapie sera autour de 10 \u00e0 15 s\u00e9ances en moyenne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<div
