L&rsquo;affirmation de soi chez l&rsquo;enfant peut s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer gr\u00e2ce aux TCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab Se faire une place sans \u00e9craser l&rsquo;autre \u00bb \u2014 voil\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;affirmation de soi demande \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant. Une comp\u00e9tence qui s&rsquo;apprend, mais que beaucoup n&rsquo;ont jamais eu la chance de d\u00e9velopper.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;affirmation de soi \u2014 ou&nbsp;assertivit\u00e9&nbsp;\u2014 d\u00e9signe la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 exprimer ses pens\u00e9es, ses \u00e9motions et ses besoins de mani\u00e8re directe, honn\u00eate et respectueuse de soi comme d&rsquo;autrui. Chez l&rsquo;enfant, cette comp\u00e9tence socio-\u00e9motionnelle est un&nbsp;marqueur d\u00e9veloppemental cl\u00e9&nbsp;: elle conditionne la qualit\u00e9 des relations aux pairs, la r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle, l&rsquo;estime de soi et la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 diverses psychopathologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Th\u00e9rapies Cognitives et Comportementales (TCC) offrent un cadre d&rsquo;intervention particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 pour travailler l&rsquo;assertivit\u00e9 chez l&rsquo;enfant, avec des protocoles structur\u00e9s, des outils concrets et une place centrale accord\u00e9e aux syst\u00e8mes familiaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<script src=\"https:\/\/api.teachizy.fr\/embeds\/embed.js\" async=\"async\"><\/script><a href=\"https:\/\/psylinkformations.teachizy.fr\/formations\/tcc-de-lanxiete-et-de-la-depression-chez-lenfant-evaluer-conceptualiser-intervenir\" data-teachizy=\"CARD\" data-teachizy-params='{\"style\":{\"width\":\"\",\"height\":\"\"}}'>TCC de l\u2019enfant : \u00e9valuer, conceptualiser, intervenir<\/a>\n\n\n\n<p>01 CADRAGE CLINIQUE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comprendre le d\u00e9ficit d&rsquo;affirmation de soi chez l&rsquo;enfant<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un spectre entre passivit\u00e9 et agressivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On distingue classiquement trois styles de communication chez l&rsquo;enfant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background\"><strong>Style passif<\/strong> L&rsquo;enfant inhibe ses besoins, c\u00e8de syst\u00e9matiquement aux demandes des pairs, \u00e9vite le conflit au prix de sa propre satisfaction. Il peut para\u00eetre \u00ab sage \u00bb mais souffre en silence d&rsquo;une faible estime de lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background\"><strong>Style agressif<\/strong> L&rsquo;enfant impose ses besoins sans \u00e9gard pour l&rsquo;autre, recourt \u00e0 la contrainte physique ou verbale. Ce comportement masque souvent une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 tol\u00e9rer la frustration ou une ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 affective profonde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-4-background-color has-background\"><strong>Style passif-agressif<\/strong> L&rsquo;enfant ne dit pas non directement mais exprime son m\u00e9contentement de fa\u00e7on indirecte : bouderie, oublis r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, ironie. Il s&rsquo;inscrit dans des contextes d\u00e9veloppementaux et relationnels complexes. Les cliniciens doivent explorer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facteurs individuels :<\/strong>&nbsp;temp\u00e9rament inhib\u00e9, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale, trouble du spectre autistique, faible tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l&rsquo;incertitude, distorsions cognitives autour du rejet ou du conflit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facteurs familiaux :<\/strong>&nbsp;parentalit\u00e9 surprotectrice ou autoritaire, mod\u00e8les de communication dysfonctionnels, exposition \u00e0 des conflits non r\u00e9solus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Facteurs environnementaux :<\/strong>&nbsp;contexte de harc\u00e8lement scolaire, isolement social, environnement \u00e9ducatif peu valorisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan des comorbidit\u00e9s, les troubles anxieux (anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale, TAG), la d\u00e9pression de l&rsquo;enfant, et les difficult\u00e9s d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration sociale sont fr\u00e9quemment associ\u00e9s aux d\u00e9ficits d&rsquo;assertivit\u00e9. L&rsquo;affirmation de soi repr\u00e9sente donc une&nbsp;cible transdiagnostique&nbsp;de premier plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9valuation clinique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation d&rsquo;un d\u00e9ficit d&rsquo;assertivit\u00e9 repose sur plusieurs niveaux d&rsquo;analyse :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entretien clinique structur\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;avec l&rsquo;enfant et les parents, explorant les situations typiques d&rsquo;inhibition (refuser une demande, exprimer un d\u00e9saccord, r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une moquerie, demander de l&rsquo;aide en classe).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auto-questionnaires adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge&nbsp;<\/strong>: l&rsquo;Inventaire d&rsquo;Assertivit\u00e9 de Rathus adapt\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;enfant, ou des \u00e9chelles d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 sociale p\u00e9diatrique (SASC-R, SAS-A). Lucas est adress\u00e9 en consultation par son m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste apr\u00e8s deux mois de plaintes somatiques r\u00e9currentes (maux de ventre, c\u00e9phal\u00e9es matinales) associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un refus progressif de se rendre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole. Les parents d\u00e9crivent un enfant \u00ab trop gentil \u00bb, incapable de dire non \u00e0 ses camarades, qui rentre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la maison avec le sentiment d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab utilis\u00e9 \u00bb sans jamais r\u00e9agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;entretien, Lucas raconte que depuis la rentr\u00e9e, un groupe de gar\u00e7ons le surnomme \u00ab Lucas le L\u00e2cheur \u00bb parce qu&rsquo;il a manqu\u00e9 un match. Chaque matin, il appr\u00e9hende le moment de la r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation. Il ne dit rien aux enseignants par peur d&rsquo;\u00ab aggraver les choses \u00bb et \u00e0 ses parents par honte. Il se d\u00e9crit comme \u00ab nul \u00bb et pense que \u00ab si je r\u00e9ponds, \u00e7a sera pire \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EXTRAIT D&rsquo;ENTRETIEN \u2013 S\u00c9ANCE 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddd4\ud83c\udffc<strong>TH\u00c9RAPEUTE<\/strong>: <em>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui se passe dans ta t\u00eate quand ils t&rsquo;appellent comme \u00e7a dans la cour ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddd1\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83e\uddb1<strong>LUCAS<\/strong>: <em>J&rsquo;ai envie de dispara\u00eetre. Ils voient que \u00e7a me fait quelque chose, alors ils continuent encore plus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \ud83e\uddd4\ud83c\udffc<strong>TH\u00c9RAPEUTE<\/strong>: <em>Et toi, tu aurais envie de dire quelque chose, si tu n&rsquo;avais pas peur ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddd1\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83e\uddb1<strong>LUCAS<\/strong>: <em>Je voudrais leur dire que c&rsquo;est pas vrai et que je m&rsquo;en fiche de ce qu&rsquo;ils pensent. Mais je sais pas comment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formulation cognitive r\u00e9v\u00e8le des croyances centrales de type&nbsp;\u00ab Je suis impuissant \u00bb&nbsp;et&nbsp;\u00ab Les autres sont dangereux si je m&rsquo;oppose \u00bb, aliment\u00e9es par un style d&rsquo;attachement anxieux et renforc\u00e9es par l&rsquo;\u00e9vitement comportemental r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9. La m\u00e8re, tr\u00e8s inqui\u00e8te, a tendance \u00e0 anticiper les probl\u00e8mes pour lui, renfor\u00e7ant involontairement la croyance de Lucas en sa propre incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les situations difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>03 APPLICATION CLINIQUE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S&rsquo;affirmer face aux moqueries : un d\u00e9fi d\u00e9veloppemental central<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les moqueries constituent l&rsquo;une des situations sociales les plus redout\u00e9es et les plus fr\u00e9quentes dans l&rsquo;enfance. Elles concentrent un paradoxe clinique :&nbsp;r\u00e9pondre semble risqu\u00e9, mais ne pas r\u00e9pondre aggrave la situation. C&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette conviction que la TCC va travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comprendre la dynamique des moqueries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les enfants qui moquent cherchent souvent une r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle visible. L&rsquo;enfant passif qui rougit, qui pleure ou qui se recroqueville envoie un signal de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 qui peut encourager la poursuite des moqueries. L&rsquo;assertivit\u00e9 brise ce cycle non pas en renvoyant de l&rsquo;agressivit\u00e9, mais en&nbsp;retirant la r\u00e9compense \u00e9motionnelle&nbsp;\u00e0 l&rsquo;agresseur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EXEMPLE CONCRET \u2014 SITUATION : MOQUERIE EN CLASSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contexte<\/strong> :&nbsp;Lucas arrive en retard \u00e0 la r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation. Un camarade lui crie devant le groupe :&nbsp;\u00ab Ah voil\u00e0 Lucas le L\u00e2cheur, il a encore eu peur ! \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c <strong>R\u00c9PONSE PASSIVE (ANCIENNE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucas baisse la t\u00eate, acc\u00e9l\u00e8re le pas, les yeux remplis de larmes. Il ne dit rien. Le groupe ricane. La sc\u00e8ne dure deux minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705 <strong>R\u00c9PONSE ASSERTIVE (TRAVAILL\u00c9E EN S\u00c9ANCE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lucas s&rsquo;arr\u00eate, regarde le camarade calmement et dit d&rsquo;une voix pos\u00e9e : \u00ab C&rsquo;est ton opinion. \u00bb Il hausse l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les \u00e9paules et continue sa route. Sans \u00e9motion visible, sans escalade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette r\u00e9ponse apparemment simple repose sur un travail pr\u00e9paratoire important en s\u00e9ance :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Restructuration cognitive pr\u00e9alable<\/strong>&nbsp;: \u00ab Ce que les autres disent ne d\u00e9finit pas qui je suis. \u00bb Lucas identifie que la moquerie dit quelque chose sur celui qui la prononce, pas sur lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Travail sur la posture et la voix<\/strong>&nbsp;: contact visuel bref, ton neutre, pas de tremblement. Le langage non-verbal communique la solidit\u00e9 interne avant m\u00eame les mots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. R\u00e9p\u00e9tition en jeu de r\u00f4le<\/strong>&nbsp;: le th\u00e9rapeute joue l&rsquo;enfant moqueur avec une intensit\u00e9 croissante. Lucas s&rsquo;entra\u00eene \u00e0 rester \u00ab ancr\u00e9 \u00bb \u00e9motionnellement malgr\u00e9 l&rsquo;escalade simul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Les distorsions fr\u00e9quentes chez l&rsquo;enfant peu assertif incluent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192&nbsp;<em>\u00ab Si je dis non, ils ne m&rsquo;aimeront plus \u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;(catastrophisation)<br>\u2192&nbsp;<em>\u00ab Je dois toujours faire plaisir \u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;(r\u00e8gle rigide)<br>\u2192&nbsp;<em>\u00ab Je suis nul, c&rsquo;est normal qu&rsquo;ils se moquent \u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;(inf\u00e9rence arbitraire)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le questionnement socratique adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;enfant prend la forme de dialogues guid\u00e9s, du \u00ab d\u00e9tective des pens\u00e9es \u00bb ou du \u00ab proc\u00e8s de la pens\u00e9e \u00bb o\u00f9 l&rsquo;enfant joue l&rsquo;avocat de la d\u00e9fense de lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Module 3 \u2013 Entra\u00eenement aux habilet\u00e9s sociales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jeux de r\u00f4le progressifs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sc\u00e9narisation de situations du plus simple au plus complexe.
