Il enregistre tout \u2014 les images, les sons, les odeurs, les sensations physiques \u2014 avec une intensit\u00e9 maximale. C&rsquo;est un m\u00e9canisme de survie.<br>Mais parfois, cet enregistrement reste \u00ab bloqu\u00e9 \u00bb. Le cerveau n&rsquo;a pas eu le temps de traiter ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat : il continue \u00e0\u00a0<strong>se comporter comme si le danger \u00e9tait encore pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, m\u00eame des mois apr\u00e8s les faits. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle un\u00a0<strong>\u00e9tat de stress post-traumatique (ESPT)<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n&rsquo;est pas un trouble mental myst\u00e9rieux. C&rsquo;est une r\u00e9action de votre syst\u00e8me nerveux face \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience qui a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face dans l&rsquo;instant.
