Certaines se basent sur la dur\u00e9e, d\u2019autres sur le nombre de mouvements du bassin, d\u2019autres encore sur le plaisir mutuel au sein du couple.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le manuel diagnostique et statistique des troubles mentaux (DSM-5) d\u00e9finit l\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 comme un trouble de l\u2019\u00e9jaculation persistant ou r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9. Il survient pendant le rapport sexuel avec une partenaire, approximativement dans la minute suivant la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration vaginale, et avant que la personne ne souhaite \u00e9jaculer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 30 secondes et 60 secondes, le trouble est peu s\u00e9v\u00e8re&nbsp;; entre 15 secondes et 30 secondes, il est dit mod\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 moins de 15 secondes ou avant la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme s\u00e9v\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le diagnostic d\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9coce peut \u00e9galement s\u2019appliquer aux personnes ayant des activit\u00e9s sexuelles non vaginales. N\u00e9anmoins, le crit\u00e8re sp\u00e9cifique de dur\u00e9e n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pour ces activit\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La probl\u00e9matique doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente depuis au moins 6 mois et dans toutes ou presque toutes les situations d\u2019activit\u00e9s sexuelles sans que cela soit imputable aux cons\u00e9quences d\u2019un probl\u00e8me de couple, aux effets d\u2019une substance, d\u2019un m\u00e9dicament ou encore une autre affection m\u00e9dicale. Finalement, cette mauvaise gestion de l\u2019excitation sexuelle cr\u00e9e une insatisfaction chez l\u2019homme et\/ou une tension dans le couple.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e peut \u00eatre primaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, la perturbation est pr\u00e9sente depuis que le sujet est devenu sexuellement actif, ou secondaire, elle a d\u00e9but\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode d\u2019activit\u00e9 sexuelle relativement normale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9coce peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre situationnelle, elle ne survient qu\u2019avec certains types de stimulations, de situations ou de partenaire, ou g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e, la perturbation se produit en toutes circonstances, sans distinction de partenaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En somme, il est important de ne pas s\u2019attarder uniquement sur la dur\u00e9e de la relation, mais d\u2019\u00e9galement prendre en consid\u00e9ration la sensation d\u2019un manque de contr\u00f4le, l\u2019insatisfaction li\u00e9e \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e subjective ainsi que la d\u00e9tresse et les difficult\u00e9s interpersonnelles qui en r\u00e9sultent.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image4_article_EP.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2044\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image4_article_EP.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image4_article_EP-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Quelles sont les causes et cons\u00e9quences? <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un trouble d\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9coce peut se mettre en place \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un mauvais apprentissage du contr\u00f4le de l\u2019excitation sexuelle. Par exemple, apr\u00e8s, des premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences masturbatoires qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9cues dans la rapidit\u00e9, par peur d\u2019\u00eatre surpris. Ainsi, ces premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences vont engendrer de mauvaises habitudes telles qu\u2019une respiration inad\u00e9quate, un tonus musculaire trop important ou encore, des mouvements trop rapides.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela peut aussi \u00eatre due \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents facteurs psychologiques comme le stress, la peur de l\u2019\u00e9chec, une pr\u00e9disposition \u00e0 la nervosit\u00e9 ou des pens\u00e9es dysfonctionnelles qui viennent aggraver et maintenir le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque rapport sexuel sold\u00e9 par un \u00e9chec va venir accentuer le niveau de stress de l\u2019homme. Or le stress favorise le r\u00e9flexe \u00e9jaculatoire, ainsi va se mettre en place un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de cercle vicieux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, un changement de partenaire ou une activit\u00e9 sexuelle peu fr\u00e9quente peuvent aussi \u00eatre la raison d\u2019un trouble d\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e. En effet, dans ce dernier cas, une tension sexuelle s\u2019accumule et l\u2019excitation monte trop rapidement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalement, les cons\u00e9quences vont \u00eatre multiples et vont varier d\u2019un homme \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Bien souvent, il y a une perte de confiance en soi \u00e0 la suite de nombreuses exp\u00e9riences douloureuses. En effet, certains hommes se sentent diminu\u00e9s et incomp\u00e9tents face \u00e0 leur partenaire. Ces sentiments, coupl\u00e9s au stress et \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 de performance, peuvent aussi conduire \u00e0 une mauvaise estime de soi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au niveau du couple, la ou le partenaire peut se sentir frustr\u00e9.e ou lass\u00e9.e lors des rapports sexuels et de ce fait souhaiter les espacer. N\u00e9anmoins, les effets ne sont que temporaires. Seule une r\u00e9\u00e9ducation pourra r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me. En effet, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un simple apprentissage de comportements et de pens\u00e9es appropri\u00e9s, avec un sexologueou un psychologue, 90% des hommes souffrant d\u2019\u00e9jaculation pr\u00e9coce parviennent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur fonctionnement sexuel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques pistes&nbsp;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Augmenter la dur\u00e9e et varier les pr\u00e9liminaires. Cela va permettre une accoutumance aux caresses et aux sensations ainsi la r\u00e9action face \u00e0 l\u2019excitation sexuelle sera moins forte. Cela permettra de diminuer la frustration\u00a0si la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration dure peu de temps\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Augmenter la fr\u00e9quence des \u00e9jaculations (masturbation, p\u00e9n\u00e9trations, pr\u00e9liminaires\u2026) car les abstinences font \u00e9jaculer plus rapidement\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prendre le temps, faire des pauses. Il s\u2019agit de s\u2019immobiliser d\u00e8s le premier instant de la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration afin, de s\u2019habituer aux sensations\u2026 Par la suite, il sera essentiel de faire des pauses lorsque l\u2019excitation sera trop forte. Attention, toutefois, \u00e0 ne pas attendre d\u2019\u00eatre au bord de l\u2019\u00e9jaculation pour arr\u00eater.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Favoriser certaines positions sexuelles. L\u2019homme sur le dos par exemple, cela va permettre de diminuer la tension musculaire dans le corps et va favoriser une respiration abdominale.
