Avant de d\u00e9marrer votre semaine, faites une liste des objectifs \u00e0 atteindre \u00e0 la fin de la semaine. Classez-les en termes d\u2019urgence et d\u2019importance. Je fais cela pour \u00e9viter de faire quelque chose que je suis r\u00e9ellement cens\u00e9 faire&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Je m\u2019active, je range, je rends service, je vais sur le net, je discute, je r\u00eave, je me repose, je joue, je sors \u2026 pour \u00e9viter \u2026&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Pas aujourd\u2019hui, demain sans doute, je me repose bien aujourd\u2019hui et demain j\u2019envoie tout, il faut d\u2019abord que cela soit net, il faut d\u2019abord finir cela \u2026&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La procrastination contribue \u00e0 la mauvaise gestion de son temps. Elle engendre une perte de temps et une cumulation de la quantit\u00e9 de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passez \u00e0 l\u2019action selon des r\u00e8gles progressives. Par exemple, si vous devez rendre un rapport, vous pouvez commencer tr\u00e8s progressivement en \u00e9crivant le titre, le lendemain faites un plan, le surlendemain, commencez \u00e0 r\u00e9diger. En cas de surcharge de travail, nous avons souvent tendance \u00e0 avoir la \u00ab&nbsp;t\u00eate dans le guidon&nbsp;\u00bb. Mais c\u2019est justement dans ce cas que les pauses sont les plus utiles. Elles ne font pas perdre de temps mais au contraire en gagner. Elles permettent de recharger les batteries pour \u00eatre ensuite plus efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la pause du midi, ne continuez pas \u00e0 penser \u00e0 votre travail. Si vous d\u00e9jeunez avec de membres de votre famille, essayez de parler d\u2019autre chose que du travail. N\u2019avalez pas votre repas en toute vitesse, mangez doucement. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez de temps en temps manger en pleine conscience. Dans la matin\u00e9e et dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, faites une pause de 20 minutes. Allez marcher, prenez l\u2019air, organisez une pause-caf\u00e9 \u00e0 distance avec un coll\u00e8gue. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-tln.fr\/Fatigue-mentale-un-facteur-pouvant-favoriser-les-comportements.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ne restez pas toute la journ\u00e9e assis devant votre \u00e9cran.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>Trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie personnelle<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un bon \u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle est primordial. Il est important de distinguer les heures et les jours de travail, et ce d\u2019autant plus si vous \u00eates en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Le soir, le week-end et les vacances sont des moments privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s pour profiter de votre vie personnelle et de mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 les soucis professionnels.
