Nous aurions pu la traduire directement en \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Janvier Sobre&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/em>En France l\u2019expression <strong>\u00abUn mois sans alcool\u00bb<\/strong> a n\u00e9anmoins \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue pour cette initiative qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e en 2019 pour le mois de janvier en 2020. Cette initiative a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un <a aria-label=\"d\u00e9bat anim\u00e9  (s\u2019ouvre dans un nouvel onglet)\" href=\"http:\/\/sante.lefigaro.fr\/article\/mois-sans-alcool-le-defi-de-janvier-suscite-la-polemique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9bat anim\u00e9 <\/a> et son int\u00e9r\u00eat public a \u00e9t\u00e9 vivement discut\u00e9. <strong>Ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 une victoire en soi&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9fl\u00e9chissez \u00e0 votre consommation&nbsp;? On vous aide \u00e0 faire le point.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un mois sans alcool, la campagne de sant\u00e9 publique, est d\u2019inciter \u00e0 ne pas consommer d\u2019alcool pendant tout le mois de janvier. Il est n\u00e9anmoins admis que, lorsque la nouvelle ann\u00e9e commence en milieu de semaine, le mois \u00ab&nbsp;sobre&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;commence le lundi suivant, permettant la consommation d&rsquo;alcool pendant le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, avant l&rsquo;abstinence.&nbsp;L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant de permettre \u00e0 plus de personnes possibles de r\u00e9ussir&nbsp;!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e en tant que telle est relativement r\u00e9cente. La premi\u00e8re fois que l\u2019initiative a eu lieu \u00e9tait en 2013 mais depuis cette date, la campagne est r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e. Et plus rarement, la crainte d\u2019inconv\u00e9nients nous stoppe de faire certains actes. Vous mettrez d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 les avantages et de l\u2019autre les inconv\u00e9nients.
