Quel est le seuil\u00a0? De quels dangers parle-t-on\u00a0?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est difficile de donner la m\u00eame r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 tout le monde. En effet, nous r\u00e9agissons diff\u00e9remment \u00e0 la consommation d\u2019alcool. De plus, il n\u2019y a pas un seuil de rupture net entre consommation normale et excessive pour nous indiquer quand nous passons de l\u2019une \u00e0 l\u2019autre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recherche montre n\u00e9anmoins qu\u2019<strong>il n\u2019y pas de consommation sans risques<\/strong>. D\u00e8s le premier verre les risques augmentent de mani\u00e8re exponentielle au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la consommation. Ainsi, deux verres augmentent de mani\u00e8re significative le risque d\u2019accidents domestiques. Mais, m\u00eame pour le monde m\u00e9dical, il est tr\u00e8s difficile d\u2019\u00e9tablir une limite nette et valable pour tout le monde. Car il faut prendre en consid\u00e9ration la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019alcool consomm\u00e9e et la fr\u00e9quence des prises.<br>De plus, chaque organisme est diff\u00e9rent et le risque de maladie par exemple d\u00e9pend :<br>&#8211; du sexe, <br>&#8211; du poids, <br>&#8211; et la r\u00e9sistance personnelle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, il y a des risques imm\u00e9diats et aigus tels que les risques d\u2019accident, le risque d\u2019avoir un comportement hors contr\u00f4le et violent, puis il y a les risques \u00e0 long terme tels que <a aria-label=\"la d\u00e9pendance et les maladies physiques et psychologiques. Effectivement, elle ne permet pas de dire que quelqu&rsquo;un peut boire une bouteille de vin par jour alors qu\u2019une autre personne, seulement deux verres. Notons que la variabilit\u00e9 est consid\u00e9rablement plus petite. <br>D\u00e9sormais, les experts de l\u2019Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 donnent des seuils de consommation qui incitent 2018<\/a>.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-un-rep\u00e8re-de-compromis\u00a0\"><em>Un rep\u00e8re de compromis\u00a0<\/em>pour g\u00e9rer les risques de l&rsquo;alcool<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces chiffres ne sont que des rep\u00e8res relatifs au risque de d\u00e9velopper une maladie. Aussi, plus on s\u2019en \u00e9loigne, en augmentant la consommation, plus les risques accroissent. Soulignons aussi que ces rep\u00e8res constituent \u00e9galement un compromis du risque consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme acceptable individuellement et socialement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces rep\u00e8res traduisent aussi la place de l\u2019alcool dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et les effets positifs per\u00e7us de la consommation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. En effet, l\u2019alcool a un double effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une modification physiologique et psychologique agr\u00e9able.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une cons\u00e9quence dommageable pour le corps.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque nous parlons des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes, nous faisons exclusivement r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019alcool dans la boisson. Par exemple dans le vin rouge et le whisky il y a d\u2019autres composants&nbsp;: les cong\u00e9n\u00e8res qui auraient un effet protecteur.
