Ainsi, certains ont tendance \u00e0 agir de mani\u00e8re agressive sur l\u2019impulsion de la col\u00e8re. Alors que d\u2019autres se taisent et s\u2019inhibent par peur de d\u00e9ranger. Puis, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 de se mettre en avant peut emp\u00eacher de prendre parole notamment lors des r\u00e9unions. Alors comment faire pour d\u00e9passer ces freins \u00e9motionnels&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceptez vos \u00e9motions, une mani\u00e8re pour mieux les g\u00e9rer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous devez d\u2019abord avoir une conscience parfaite des \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels dans lesquels vous vous trouvez. De nombreuses personnes ont du mal \u00e0 accepter de se dire : \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis en col\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis d\u00e9\u00e7u\u201c, \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis inquiet&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons tous eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019affronter des personnes hurlant : \u00ab&nbsp;Mais non, je ne suis pas en col\u00e8re !&nbsp;\u00bb, ou d\u2019autres tremblantes et l\u2019air inquiet nous dire&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e7a va, \u00e7a va, je n\u2019ai pas peur&nbsp;\u00bb. Au fond d\u2019elles-m\u00eames, il y a un m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9ni, comme si regarder en face leur \u00e9motion allait l\u2019amplifier. C\u2019est en fait tout le contraire qui se produit. Vous pouvez mal appr\u00e9cier votre \u00e9motion et son intensit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019un d\u00e9tail, somme toute assez insignifiant, vous met dans un \u00e9tat de col\u00e8re non n\u00e9gligeable. Votre cerveau rationnel analyse alors que votre \u00e9motion devrait raisonnablement \u00eatre faible. Mais une perception intelligente de votre \u00e9motion consisterait \u00e0 vous dire : \u00ab&nbsp;Certes, c\u2019est un d\u00e9tail, mais je suis vraiment hors de moi&nbsp;\u00bb. Par exemple&nbsp;: Martin a \u00e9clat\u00e9 de col\u00e8re, lorsque sa coll\u00e8gue n\u2019a pas rang\u00e9 les dossiers. Cela faisait plusieurs semaines que ce d\u00e9tail le d\u00e9rangeait mais n\u2019osant pas lui dire, la frustration et la col\u00e8re se sont amplifi\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 exploser \u00e0 la grande surprise de tout le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/17.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3143\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/17.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/17-300x197.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verbalisez vos \u00e9motions permet de les g\u00e9rer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir identifi\u00e9 votre \u00e9motion et son intensit\u00e9, vous pouvez choisir de la garder pour vous, ou de l\u2019exprimer&nbsp;:&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Je suis tr\u00e8s agac\u00e9 car j\u2019ai des soucis personnels mais je vais faire de mon mieux pour \u00eatre efficace&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si une personne au travail est en partie responsable du d\u00e9clenchement de votre \u00e9motion, vous pouvez choisir de l\u2019exprimer \u00e0 cette personne. Voici quelques r\u00e8gles simples pour lui dire de mani\u00e8re non agressive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Parlez des faits et des comportements de la personne, sans attaquer la personne elle-m\u00eame : \u00ab&nbsp;Vous deviez m\u2019apporter de l\u2019aide dans ce travail et vous ne l\u2019avez pas fait&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Exprimez l\u2019\u00e9motion qui accompagne le fait : \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis tr\u00e8s d\u00e9\u00e7u\u201c. Ces \u00e9motions sont les v\u00f4tres et il faut les communiquer comme telles, sans impliquer l\u2019autre par des phrases telles que&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Vous m\u2019\u00e9nervez&nbsp;\u00bb. Vous devez accepter pleinement la responsabilit\u00e9 de votre \u00e9motion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; D\u00e9samorcez toute agressivit\u00e9 envers votre interlocuteur&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Je me doute que vous avez fait cela involontairement&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne transmettez pas votre stress et vos \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives \u00e0 votre entourage professionnel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre satisfait de son travail, faut-il forc\u00e9ment \u00eatre dans la tension et le stress ? Travailler plus sereinement, de fa\u00e7on plus d\u00e9tendue et en sachant prendre un certain recul est n\u00e9cessaire. Changez vos croyances en vos capacit\u00e9s et en votre efficacit\u00e9. N\u2019essayez pas d\u2019\u00eatre parfait et ne pensez pas que les autres vous jugent. D\u2019autres opportunit\u00e9s se pr\u00e9senteront et vous donnerons satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recherchez la compagnie d\u2019un entourage valorisant plut\u00f4t que de personnes critiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repousser les limites pour les tester et g\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortez de votre zone de confort. Savoir g\u00e9rer ses \u00e9motions aide. Modifiez vos habitudes, essayez de nouvelles choses et de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons d\u2019agir. Osez prendre des risques.
