Celle de ne plus \u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 de travailler, et de ne plus pouvoir subvenir \u00e0 ses besoins. La retraite a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place pour tenter de pallier \u00e0 ces appr\u00e9hensions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, avec l\u2019allongement de l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie, la dur\u00e9e de la vie \u00e0 la retraite est plus importante qu\u2019elle ne l\u2019\u00e9tait lors de sa mise en place. Cette nouvelle \u00e9tape prend alors un sens diff\u00e9rent. Changer de rythme, certes, mais conserver un quotidien riche de sens, d\u2019activit\u00e9s et de liens sociaux reste un objectif suivi par de nombreux retrait\u00e9s. Ce nouveau statut entra\u00eene un certain nombre de modifications auxquelles il va falloir s\u2019adapter, marquant souvent une rupture, parfois brutale, avec les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au regard de ces constats, quelles sont les r\u00e9flexions \u00e0 mener pour pr\u00e9parer au mieux sa retraite ? Quelles sont les strat\u00e9gies \u00e0 adopter pour s\u2019\u00e9panouir \u00e0 la retraite&nbsp;? Un jour, la personne travaille, le lendemain, elle est retrait\u00e9e. Certaines entreprises ont la possibilit\u00e9 de proposer une progressivit\u00e9, l\u00e0 ou pour d\u2019autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ou m\u00e9tiers, ce n\u2019est pas forc\u00e9ment possible. Parfois, une p\u00e9riode de cong\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e8de le changement de statut, ce qui peut aussi aider \u00e0 la transition.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les changements \u00e9vidents sont ceux qui marquent la fin des \u00ab&nbsp;contraintes&nbsp;\u00bb en lien avec la p\u00e9riode de travail&nbsp;: les horaires, les \u00e9ventuels d\u00e9placements pour se rendre sur son (ses) lieu(x) de travail, les objectifs, le rythme de vie et le stress \u00e9ventuellement ressentis.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres changements souvent mentionn\u00e9s par les futurs retrait\u00e9s, parfois sous forme de \u00ab&nbsp;craintes&nbsp;\u00bb comme l\u2019impact du d\u00e9part sur l\u2019identit\u00e9 de la personne, le nombre de ses contacts sociaux ou encore le \u00ab&nbsp;sentiment d\u2019utilit\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb et la reconnaissance qui peuvent accompagner la vie d\u2019actif.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, le passage \u00e0 la retraite, comme d\u2019autres moments de transition au cours de notre vie, peut avoir un impact sur l\u2019estime de soi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les journ\u00e9es de \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9paration au d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite\u00a0\u00bb propos\u00e9es dans de nombreuses entreprises permettent d\u2019informer sur les aspects l\u00e9gaux, administratifs et financiers, ils sont aussi souvent des moments o\u00f9 les futurs retrait\u00e9s se voient proposer des pistes de r\u00e9flexion sur les aspects psychologiques, afin de leur donner des cl\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9parer la retraite.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les attentes souvent mentionn\u00e9es durant ces journ\u00e9es sont la libert\u00e9, le changement de rythme, la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir l\u2019organisation de son quotidien, les personnes c\u00f4toy\u00e9es et \u00e9videmment les activit\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La retraite est une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, la retraite repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 de changer radicalement son quotidien. Il devient possible de d\u00e9m\u00e9nager dans une autre r\u00e9gion ou un autre pays. Le d\u00e9sir de se rapprocher de sa famille ou r\u00e9aliser un projet de longue date peut devenir d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9. Changer de rythme et en se laissant porter par ses envies devient une opportunit\u00e9. Pour d\u2019autres, le fait de maintenir un rythme connu peut \u00eatre rassurant. Ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent pr\u00e9voir un emploi du temps assez soutenu. En effet, tout au long de notre vie, le chemin est plut\u00f4t \u00ab&nbsp;trac\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. L\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole est suivie d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles formations professionnelles qui am\u00e8nent \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode du travail. Le passage \u00e0 la retraite voit surgir une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de vivre son quotidien. La marge de man\u0153uvre sur la gestion de son emploi du temps, les choix de ses activit\u00e9s et engagements sont beaucoup plus importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette libert\u00e9 plus importante peut \u00eatre d\u00e9stabilisante car souvent inhabituelle. Elle n\u00e9cessite un temps d\u2019adaptation pour trouver le nouveau rythme qui soit satisfaisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour vivre au mieux cette nouvelle \u00e9tape? L\u2019id\u00e9e est de s\u2019appuyer sur la notion de continuit\u00e9. En effet \u00ab\u00a0je suis toujours la m\u00eame personne, avec mon temp\u00e9rament, mes comp\u00e9tences, mes qualit\u00e9s, mes besoins et mes valeurs\u00a0\u00bb. En partant de ce que je connais de moi-m\u00eame, je peux d\u00e9finir mes buts et objectifs pour cette p\u00e9riode de ma vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, il semble important de souligner qu\u2019un des facteur mis en \u00e9vidence par les chercheurs sur le v\u00e9cu positif de la vie \u00e0 la retraite est notamment le fait d\u2019avoir pr\u00e9par\u00e9 de s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir \u00e0 la retraite. En effet, la notion de rythme biologique nous permet d\u2019en poser les premiers constats. Notre corps est rythm\u00e9 par\u00a0notre horloge biologique interne, notamment sur les aspects suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La temp\u00e9rature corporelle diminue pendant le sommeil\/augmente en journ\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le fonctionnement des intestins est r\u00e9duit pendant la nuit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La m\u00e9moire est consolid\u00e9e durant certaines phases de notre sommei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion d\u2019hormones (la m\u00e9latonine pour nous endormir\/le cortisol pour nous maintenir \u00e9veill\u00e9)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>On sait \u00e9galement que lorsqu\u2019ils sont perturb\u00e9s, l\u2019impact sur notre sant\u00e9 peut \u00eatre bien r\u00e9el. Afin de maintenir une synchronisation efficace de notre horloge interne, le rythme de nos activit\u00e9s va \u00eatre d\u00e9terminant. Il est important d&rsquo;avoir des horaires de sommeil r\u00e9guliers. Un niveau d\u2019activit\u00e9 en journ\u00e9e permet d\u2019accumuler de la fatigue pour bien s\u2019endormir le soir, notamment de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique. Le fait d\u2019\u00eatre expos\u00e9 quotidiennement \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle est primordial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rester actifs afin de s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir \u00e0 la retraite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil qui d\u00e9coule de tout cela est \u00e9videmment de rester actif, en pr\u00e9voyant des activit\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et en ext\u00e9rieur.\u00a0Notre organisme aime avoir un rythme. En effet, il fonctionne mieux avec un certain nombre d\u2019activit\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8res voir routini\u00e8res. Nous poss\u00e9dons aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de nous adapter \u00e0 la nouveaut\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux \u00ab&nbsp;fonctions ex\u00e9cutives&nbsp;\u00bb. Ces derni\u00e8res nous permettent d\u2019agir lorsque nos routines ou automatismes ne sont pas pertinents. Il est essentiel de continuer \u00e0 solliciter ces fonctions ex\u00e9cutives. On y trouve la m\u00e9moire de travail, la flexibilit\u00e9 mentale, la planification, l\u2019inhibition. Ce sont elles qui nous permettent de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes dans des situations o\u00f9 nos strat\u00e9gies habituelles ne suffisent pas. Elles permettent d\u2019adapter nos comportements aux nouvelles situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, cela peut se traduire par le fait de rester curieux. Etre ouvert aux nouvelles exp\u00e9riences, aux nouvelles activit\u00e9s et notamment aux situations impr\u00e9vues. Essayer de privil\u00e9gier autant que possible les activit\u00e9s o\u00f9 il est possible d\u2019avoir du lien social.
