Soulignons l\u2019importance d\u2019avoir \u00e0 la fois des points de rep\u00e8res, des activit\u00e9s qui donne un rythme et une cadence tout en restant ouvert \u00e0 la nouveaut\u00e9, aux situations impr\u00e9vues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous allons approfondir ici d\u2019autres notions autour de l\u2019importance du lien social. Un r\u00e9seau familial, amical et\/ou de couple satisfaisant contribue \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9panouissement. Nous avons besoin d&rsquo;\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019aise de communiquer en obtenant des r\u00e9ponses satisfaisantes. Le soutien social est essentiel pour d\u00e9velopper le sentiment de bien-\u00eatre, et ce tout au long de la vie. On comprend donc facilement qu\u2019\u00e0 cette \u00e9tape qui peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer d\u00e9stabilisante, c\u2019est un point important. En effet, en utilisant les notions de l\u2019affirmation de soi (exprimer davantage ses \u00e9motions, opinions, besoins) on communique mieux. Aussi en s\u2019investissant d\u2019une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente aupr\u00e8s des personnes avec qui l\u2019on souhaite passer plus de temps. Se poser les questions&nbsp;: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-7)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><strong>Quelles nouvelles activit\u00e9s peut-on faire ensemble&nbsp;? <\/strong><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-7)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><strong>Quels sont nos points communs\/centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eats communs&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:var(--ast-global-color-7)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><strong>Que fait cette personne que j\u2019aimerais d\u00e9couvrir&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre crainte souvent mentionn\u00e9e par les (futurs) retrait\u00e9s est les potentielles cons\u00e9quences en termes de survenue de maladies, est notamment la notion de d\u00e9pendance. Les questions fr\u00e9quentes concernent le \u00ab&nbsp;comment continuer \u00e0 stimuler son cerveau, sa m\u00e9moire&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb. Pour approfondir ce point la notion de bien-\u00eatre et notamment la d\u00e9composition entre la perspective \u00ab h\u00e9donique&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;eud\u00e9monique&nbsp;\u00bb est int\u00e9ressante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au ressenti d\u2019affects agr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bien-\u00eatre eud\u00e9monique, quant \u00e0 lui, est davantage une recherche d\u2019\u00e9panouissement, de sens \u00e0 sa vie, de d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut comprendre ces deux concepts comme \u00e9voquant pour le premier la recherche de ressentis plaisants, et pour le second la recherche d\u2019une prise en compte de ses besoins psychologiques fondamentaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ce sujet, des \u00e9tudes ont mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019impact positif d\u2019un bien-\u00eatre eud\u00e9monique par l\u2019engagement dans un quotidien ayant du sens. Une vie en lien avec les valeurs est une vie riche et \u00e9panouie. Posez-vous ensuite la question de chacun de ces trois besoins. Pour lesquelles de vos activit\u00e9s sont-ils combl\u00e9s&nbsp;? Non combl\u00e9s&nbsp;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les activit\u00e9s pour lesquelles ces trois \u00ab&nbsp;ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;\u00bb sont r\u00e9unis sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour notre sant\u00e9 mentale. Pour les autres, il est possible de rechercher ce qui permettrait de combler le ou les besoins qui ne le sont pas. Parfois, cela permet de se rendre compte qu\u2019une activit\u00e9 que l\u2019on avait choisi de poursuivre \u00e0 un moment de notre vie, ne nous convient plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres pistes pour favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un quotidien ayant du sens est de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ses valeurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelles sont les notions importantes qui guident mon attitude face \u00e0 la vie, mes pens\u00e9es et mes comportements&nbsp;? Comment je me vois dans 10 ans&nbsp;? Que puis-je faire d\u2019ici l\u00e0 pour aller dans le sens de mes valeurs&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questionnements li\u00e9s aux valeurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces questionnements permettent aussi d\u2019observer \u00e0 quel point nos actions vont dans le sens de nos valeurs. Nos ressources (activit\u00e9s, personnes, lieux) qui nous permettent de nous sentir bien&nbsp;? Quelles sont nos valeurs, aspirations, nos besoins et comment a-t-on envie de les traduire dans un quotidien o\u00f9 notre marge de man\u0153uvre est plus importante ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il semble aussi pertinent de faire preuve de bienveillance avec soi-m\u00eame. Se laisser le temps de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode peut aller de quelques mois \u00e0 deux voire trois ans.
