Elles ont fait leur preuve, puisque Bousingen disait en 1971 qu\u2019il s\u2019agit \u00ab&nbsp;<em>essentiellement de techniques d\u2019entra\u00eenement visant \u00e0 obtenir une ma\u00eetrise de certaines fonctions corporelles et, par la m\u00eame, le contr\u00f4le de certains processus mentaux<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb. Se relaxer est incompatible avec r\u00e9aliser une performance. Schultz disait que le training autog\u00e8ne est \u201cune auto-d\u00e9contraction, une plong\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nous-m\u00eames\u201d.
