Heureusement, aujourd&rsquo;hui il existe des solutions. Nombreuses sont les mutuelles qui remboursent les consultations psy enti\u00e8rement ou en partie. La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/assure\/remboursements\/rembourse\/remboursement-de-seances-chez-le-psychologue\">CPAM<\/a> permet \u00e9galement d&rsquo;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des psychologues. Cependant il faut passer par son m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour obtenir une ordonnance. Les psychologues sont peu \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 ce dispositif car les honoraires autoris\u00e9s pour les psys sont trop bas pour \u00eatre rentables. Le patient qui se trouve en difficult\u00e9 \u00e9conomique doit en parler avec son psy. Ce dernier essayera toujours de trouver une solution viable pour son patient. Par exemple, les s\u00e9ances peuvent \u00eatre raccourcies, espac\u00e9es ou le psychologue peut diminuer ses honoraires si le patient est \u00e9tudiant ou ch\u00f4meur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je n&rsquo;ai pas le temps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, le temps est compt\u00e9&#8230; Le travail, les enfants et les t\u00e2ches m\u00e9nag\u00e8res prennent beaucoup de temps.
