Nous nous sommes pass\u00e9s de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, des journaux et du cin\u00e9ma \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de nombreux appareils portables avec acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019internet. Actuellement, <strong>plus de 90% des adolescents ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019internet <\/strong>et<strong> 77% des utilisateurs d&rsquo;internet ont un compte sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. <\/strong>Les huit r\u00e9seaux les plus utilis\u00e9s dans la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sont&nbsp;: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter et Pinterest, TikTok et SnapChat. Parmi les adolescents, <strong>SnapChat, Instagram et YouTube<\/strong> sont les plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"464\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/apps-blur-button-close-up-267350.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-874\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/apps-blur-button-close-up-267350.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/apps-blur-button-close-up-267350-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">R\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Contributions positives des r\u00e9seaux positifs<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans aucun doute, les contributions positives des sites de r\u00e9seaux sociaux sont nombreuses. En effet, ils jouent un r\u00f4le de soutien social, b\u00e9n\u00e9fique \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale des adolescents. Ils contribuent \u00e9galement positivement aux relations, avec une simplification de la communication avec la famille et les pairs. Puis, le partage d&rsquo;informations est non n\u00e9gligeable. Cependant,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/2020\/09\/30\/addiction-a-instagram-les-jeunes-sont-a-risque\/#:~:text=Cette%20conduite%20de%20recherche%20permanente,le%20soutien%20de%20leurs%20pairs.\"> <strong>la sur-utilisation peut \u00eatre dangereuse.<\/strong><\/a> En effet, l\u2019adolescent peut avoir un rapport de d\u00e9pendance au r\u00e9seautage et d\u00e9velopper ou amplifier \u00e0 un certain nombre de psychopathologies, en particulier la d\u00e9pression.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/alone-man-person-sadness-236151.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-875\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/alone-man-person-sadness-236151.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/alone-man-person-sadness-236151-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">D\u00e9pression chez l&rsquo;adolescent<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Exp\u00e9riences sociales sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des chercheurs ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 comment l\u2019adolescent se repr\u00e9sente le fait d&rsquo;avoir un compte sur les sites de r\u00e9seautage social. En effet, le profil affich\u00e9 sur les sites de r\u00e9seaux sociaux est souvent \u00e0 l\u2019image de ce qui est attendu dans les exp\u00e9riences sociales de l\u2019adolescent. Il est important d\u2019avoir beaucoup de contacts ou followers, faire des publications et recevoir des messages d\u2019approbation. Malheureusement, ces exp\u00e9riences sociales ne contiennent pas la profondeur des relations sociales r\u00e9elles. Les m\u00e9dias sociaux peuvent fournir, \u00e0 tort, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience d\u2019intimit\u00e9 amicale. Id\u00e9alement, la pr\u00e9sence sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ne doit pas remplacer celle dans la vraie vie&nbsp;! Les relations et la communication sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux peuvent \u00eatre compl\u00e9mentaires aux relations r\u00e9elles. Ils r\u00e9duisent ainsi les interactions par d\u2019autres moyens. Par cons\u00e9quent, ils passent \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des vraies relations, sources d\u2019exp\u00e9riences \u00e9motionnelles intenses, stimulantes et authentiques. Le contact avec l\u2019autre peut permettre de r\u00e9guler les \u00e9motions. Par exemple, partager un moment ensemble apporte du bien-\u00eatre et de la satisfaction. Lorsque l&rsquo;on est ensemble, on partage aussi des \u00e9motions. En effet, l\u2019\u00eatre humain r\u00e9gule ses \u00e9motions dans le contact avec l\u2019autre. Tout le monde sait, comment cela peut \u00eatre apaisant de parler \u00e0 un(e) bon(ne) ami(e). R\u00e9guler ses \u00e9motions permet de g\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives, tristesse, col\u00e8re, peur&#8230; Lorsque nous faisons face aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements difficiles de la vie, nous avons des \u00e9motions intenses. Savoir les r\u00e9guler sainement permet une r\u00e9silience. En effet, les exp\u00e9riences sociales sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux ont certaines propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9motions pour les adolescents. Ces relations virtuelles peuvent elles permettre d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 r\u00e9guler les \u00e9motions de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que nous apprenons dans les relations in vivo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La relation entre l&rsquo;utilisation probl\u00e9matique d&rsquo;Internet et les difficult\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9motions a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e dans la litt\u00e9rature. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs augmentent lorsque le web  est utilis\u00e9 dans un but de la r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9motions. Compte tenu de ces r\u00e9sultats, l&rsquo;utilisation intensive des r\u00e9seaux sociaux peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une m\u00e9thode dysfonctionnelle de r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9motions. Une autre variable qu\u2019il faut prendre en compte est l\u2019isolement social. L\u2019utilisation intensive des m\u00e9diatrices des r\u00e9seaux sociaux renforce l\u2019isolement et creuse ainsi la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la psychopathologie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, pour certains adolescents les interactions sociales sont difficiles et l&rsquo;environnement cybern\u00e9tique dans lequel ceux-ci peuvent interagir est une \u00e9chappatoire pour \u00e9viter l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience \u00e9motionnelle de l&rsquo;interaction face \u00e0 face. Dans ce contexte, selon la th\u00e9orie des comp\u00e9tences sociales inad\u00e9quate d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Caplan (2002), l&rsquo;observation selon laquelle \u00ab Internet peut \u00eatre le Prozac de la communication sociale \u00bb est particuli\u00e8rement pertinente. Caplan, avance que le probl\u00e8me est l\u2019isolement social et le choix exclusif d\u2019internet pour les exp\u00e9riences sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Addiction aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux et d\u00e9pression<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le fait d\u2019interagir seulement par messages dans les r\u00e9seaux sociaux peut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/blog\/2020\/09\/30\/addiction-a-instagram-les-jeunes-sont-a-risque\/\">constituer une addiction<\/a> qui est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/depression-tcc\/\">d\u00e9pression.<\/a> En effet, un cercle vicieux augmente l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psy.link\/soigner-anxiete-tcc\/\">anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a> et l&rsquo;isolement social existant, engendrant ainsi la d\u00e9pression. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tayent la litt\u00e9rature puisqu&rsquo;elle avance que les adolescents diagnostiqu\u00e9s avec d\u00e9pression utilisent plus largement les sites de partage social. Si cette activit\u00e9 est excessive, elle peut conduire \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression. La personne d\u00e9pressive a tendance \u00e0 s\u2019isoler davantage de son entourage social. L&rsquo;utilisation intensive des m\u00e9dias sociaux par les parents peut conduire \u00e0 une utilisation plus intense par les adolescents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprentissage social et, par cons\u00e9quent, conduire \u00e0 la psychopathologie.
